Visa Assistance
We are very good at dealing with difficult situations, which means that a lot more people and businesses are asking us for help. Our team of experts is here to help you with your application and make sure you have all the information you need to apply for a visa. This service package offers a range of services to help you get the visa you need. It includes services such as consultation, application preparation, and any other steps necessary to build a strong application for submission to the embassy. It also includes booking appointments and preparing you for your interview at the embassy.
The following is a step-by-step guide to the visa application process:
1- The consultation
Every person applying for a visa is different, with their own personal background that shapes their profile. The immigration expert will be able to give you a list of the documents you need based on your profile and the type of visa you are applying for. The consultation lasts for 45 minutes. You have to book in advance, so it is available only by appointment. If you can’t travel, you can still get help by doing an online consultation.
2- Compiling the application
The client gives the expert the list of documents to be provided, which must be part of their visa application file. These documents are obtained from the embassy. First, the expert will go through the list with you and explain it in detail. The aim of this step is to clarify any omissions or misunderstandings. The client is then asked to gather all the necessary documents and give them to the expert, who is responsible for putting together the complete application. Even the smallest mistake can affect the quality of the application. This rule is important at every step of the process, like filling out forms or making photocopies. So, the work is done very carefully.
Please note that our expert’s role is limited to putting together the application. They are not responsible for checking documents. So, if someone submits a fake document and it causes problems with a visa application, they cannot be blamed.
3- Booking an appointment
Should customers be unable to make an appointment to submit documents at the embassy, we will be pleased to assist them in this matter.
4- Preparing for the interview at the Embassy
Please be advised that the quality of the application is not a decisive factor in the granting of a visa. A detailed analysis of data relating to visa refusals has revealed that the majority of these decisions are attributable to inadequate preparation for the interview process associated with the visa application. This is often linked to inconsistencies between the documents provided and the applicant’s verbal responses, or to an inability to justify the purpose of the visit. Inadequate preparation or an unsuitable presentation on the part of the applicant may raise doubts in the consular officer’s mind regarding the sincerity of the applicant’s statements. For this reason, we attach great importance to this stage, implementing an extremely rigorous approach.
